You won’t get lost in the crowd when you take a B.FIT class. Get individualized attention, even in a group.  Class sizes are limited.

Class Schedule

Call for more information. Please, arrive 5 minutes before class and bring water.  Wear appropriate workout clothing and athletic shoes (not required for yoga).  Please notify us of relevant medical conditions.


Class description:

Aerobics: Achieve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, move to music.

Boot Camp:  Military Style Training to tone and strengthen.

Full Body:  Achieve cardiovascular conditioning, strength, and flexibility while moving to music.

Gentle Yoga: Stretch, tone muscles, release tension, achieve mental clarity and invite inner peace.

Long and Strong Tone muscles, gain strength, improve balance and flexibility.

Zumba: The Zumba® program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fitness program that will achieve calorie-burning, body-energizing, toning and coordination.
