Tina de Lemps is a leading expert and innovator in the field of personal training and fitness. 

By combining her more than 30 years of experience, love of movement and passion for healthy living, Tina's customized workout programs elevate her clients' results to a superior level by enabling them to incorporate various disciplines of exercise and coaching them to make positive lifestyle choices.  She lives by example, as an active participant in the exercises she prescribes, and the food options she recommends.

Ms. de Lemps currently serves as the director of fitness, health and wellness at various prestigious country clubs in the metropolitan New York area including the Muttontown Club of East Norwich, NY since 2005, and Engineer's Country Club of Roslyn Harbor, NY since 2000. B.FIT™ also specializes in providing on-site trainers and group fitness instructors to private gyms and exclusive residences in NYC and Long Island.

Tina's career began in the late 1970’s when she taught dance and yoga, and was part of the entertainment team for Club Med.

Ms. de Lemps received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, NY with a minor in dance education. In addition, Tina studied anatomy and applied kinesiology at The Laban Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies. She is certified as a Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.She is certified by AFFA. She is presently continuing her studies in Pilates, Zumba, and anatomy through Yoga.

Joe Munna is the director of the personal training division of B.FIT. In this role, he oversees and educates the personal trainers. He also creates and develops new and innovative training techniques and fitness programs for B.FIT. Joe is also a life coach who provides guidance to clients regarding the importance of incorporating various disciplines of exercise and nutrition into their lives. His reputation for influencing people to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes is unsurpassed in the fitness community. 

Joe's passion for fitness has made him an in-demand trainer for celebrities, heads of Fortune 500 companies, and government officials. His expertise also earned him the position as a judge for the international pre-Olympic Gymnastic competitions.

Joe attended the University of Bridgeport, CT on a full football scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in physical education. His success in helping people of all ages to transform their bodies is due to his vast knowledge of the human anatomy and applied kinesiology.
